If you’re like me, you use your inbox as a to-do list. Emails stay in the inbox until they’ve either been deleted or re-categorized, after you’ve taken necessary action.
At work, my inbox can get a little out of control, and in the past, this has occasionally meant that some old items get ignored for weeks at a time. Not very professional! Ideally, I’d like to get everything taken care of the day it comes in, but that can’t always be the case. Continue reading
